HEEHURLDE NEPAL is a non –governmental, non-profit making, non-religious, non-political and service oriented national level organization that was established in 2000. HEEHURLDE NEPAL acts to bridge the gap between community and development by utilization of local resources and exploration of technical knowledge and skill development. Our aim is to provide an upliftment of the socio-economic status of rural and urban poor communities. Similarly, our aims are to strengthening the civil society movement in Nepal through building strong network and alliance of NGOs and engaging them in environment, disaster management, climate change research and development works.

This is caption of picturePrimarily, HEEHURLDE NEPAL is committed to work in the field poverty reduction, environment, disaster management, mitigation of climate change, enhancing access of health, education and investment opportunities' to poor and vulnerable people and issues on urbanization. Our working thematic areas - education, advocacy, capacity building, self reliance, sanitation, disaster management, waste disposal management, vocational training, human rights, through effective social mobilization process and active participation of community people and groups, organization development, human resources development, urban habitat management, saving and credit and resource mobilization for poor and marginalized people and training. Beside HEEHURLDE NEPAL, works for poverty reduction through the skill based vocational trainings and the sensitization of community on fundamental rights through the community awareness. Developmental research is another working area of HEEHURLDE NEPAL.
